For nearly four decades of my life, I lived completely controlled by my wounded ego. My life manifested as toxic relationships, eating disorders, body dysmorphia, depression, panic disorder, hair pulling, obsessive counting, feeling powerless, and being stuck in drama triangles that ultimately perpetuated me feeling like a victim to external circumstances.

That's the purpose of being incarnated as a spiritual being into a limited body and unawakened mind. You are here to awaken to the false self-ego identity and master the inner workings of your mind, nervous system, and emotional self so as to more decidedly merge with your authentic spiritual complete self.

To achieve this spiritual quest, you must heal separation within yourself and come to know yourself as a part of everything and everyone. When this is achieved, you can heal the separation of consciousness in the collective unconscious.

You, Dear One, are no longer part of the problem. You are the solution.
